• Operating hours are from 9 AM through 8 PM, unless a different arrangement is made between the Service Owner and end-user.

Payment and Bookings

• All payments are to be made beforehand in order to secure your booking.
• Prices may change but will not affect existing bookings.

Facilities and Usage

• Amenities are according to the selected plan. Additional services are available for a fee.
• Users must maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace.
• Flexi Daftar may charge users for any damages caused due to their actions.

Data and Internet Usage

• Professional use: Internet access is provided. This service is intended for non-commercial or personal use not subject to excessive or illegal usage, which may be a cause for the termination of access.

Cancellation and Termination

• Flexi Daftar reserves the right to cancel bookings or terminate services if users violate terms and conditions.

Syndication content and intellectual property

• Flexi Daftar has the right to use images, videos, or content created within the workspace for marketing purposes. At onboarding users consent to this in the disclaimer form.

Limitation of Liability

• Flexi Daftar shall not be responsible for any loss of, or damage to, any personal belongings in the premises.
• Users are liable to Flexi Daftar for any claims arising out of these activities in the workspace.
