Refund Eligibility

1. 1. Daily and Weekly Plans: Any bookings once confirmed are non-refundable.
   2. Monthly Plans:
      • Cancellation after your preferred start date: Unfortunately no refund.
      • Cancellation after Start Date: No Refund
   3. Private Cabins:
      • Cancellation 7 days before the starting date: Full refund minus 10% transfer fee.
      • Cancellations made less than 7 days: 50% refund.
      • Cancellation after the start date: No refund.

Add-ons and Services

Any fees for additional services (i.e., conference room, printing, internet usage) are also non-refundable.

Refund Process

Any refund requests must be sent via e-mail to [Your Email Address]. Refund of the membership fee will be made through original mode of payment, which may take 7-10 working days for processing.
