Refund Eligibility

1. 1. Daily and Weekly Plans: Refunds are not applicable once the booking is confirmed.
   2. Monthly Plans:
      • Cancellation before the start date: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
      • Cancellation after the start date: No refund.
   3. Private Cabins:
      • Cancellation 7 days prior to the start date: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
      • Cancellation less than 7 days prior: 50% refund.
      • Cancellation after start date: No refund.

Add-ons and Services

Fees for additional services like conference rooms, printing, or internet usage are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be made via email to [Your Email Address]. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
